my lumia 950's screen went completely white. Does anyone have an answer that could help me out?

I was downloading a game to it while I was letting it charged. Then I went to sleep and woke up to it being completely white. I am unable to use the phone or reset it via either hard or soft resets. Need help.

can you try removing the battery and then putting it back in?

I tried putting the battery back in and it did nothing.

Try using the Windows Device Recovery Tool.

either try using windows device recovery tool or take it back to the store for repairs or replacement
