Here's solution.

Remove your sd card, restart your phone, and hear sound. (It feels so good, I know
Now, you can reinsert your SD card and be happy with your phone.

Removing and inserting SD card may look irrelavent but AFAIK issue appears because of hardware problems (which I'm a software developer and don't know details).

Be real... Lumia 925 does not support micro SD card.

Same thing is happening on my Nokia Lumina 900. I've had it for about a year, and all sound just stops working. If anyone has any solution, any idea is welcome.

Be real... Lumia 925 does not support micro SD card.

If he really has a 925 there is only one place he can insert his SD card and that place is not on the phone.

Just if it can be helpful for some of you guys:

I had somehow the device sending its outputs to the bluetooth...

disabling it (the bluetooth output) solved my issue.
