You can bet that Microsoft are watching the accounts using this "hack", patch the flaw that allows this, remove the apps that you shouldn't have and bans accounts for violating the terms of use.
Why does this bother you so much? I'm really confused.
It's hardly crime of the decade, is it? There's also no harm to HTC or Samsung in this since their support of the Windows Phone ecosystem is far inferior to Nokia's and their exclusive apps aren't exactly a selling point... infact the reverse, being able to get Nokia apps on those devices boosts their value IMO.
It's win-win all round and tea and cakes at my place. I fail to see the problem with this at all.
