even i have been trying but without any success

O.K I found the solution
1. Change the region to U.S (All we know)
2. Re-start the phone within region settings
3. Change the proxy (I used 103.13.29.118 and port 8888)
4. Go to store and tap apps from nokia
5. Problem starts here, we don't find Nokia pro cam or network problem
6. Go back to region settings and select your country re-start the phone don't change proxy or turn it off
7. Go straight to store now pro cam should be visible there
8. Go to store , now pro cam should be visible, when instal window comes tap instal
9. Again it will throw some error now turn off proxy
10. VOILA!!! you are good to go for pro cam

NOTE----- You can also try this without changing your region to U.S. also remember don't use back key while switching between open windows use windows logo to switch. that trick worked for me . let me know your findings with this trick.

After changing country settings to US and restarting the phone I did manage to see all the HTC/Samsung and Nokia apps, even the Pro Cam and Smart Cam which are the ones I'm most interested in.

Now my problem, when I click install it says ..... Downloading .... and after a few seconds a message on top appears which says

We can't connect to the Store right now. Check your data connection or try again later.​

after trying for 5 times every 20 seconds or so now I got this message:

The Microsoft account service is unavailable right now. Try again later.​

I have tried both with proxy turned off and also on before clicking on install. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

Ok, I found out what I was doing wrong, when I turned off the proxy I switched with multitasking to the Store but never applied (saved) the settings so I was actually connected to the Store with the proxy on.

Now I have a new problem. I have them in the download cue but I have a message that says

Attention required. Tap here.​

When I tap the message it says

There is a problem completing your request. Try again later.
Error code: 8000ffff​

What now?

Got both Pro Cam and Smart Cam working now on my Lumia 720 :winktongue:

I changed the proxy to the one stated above (posted by Jasy7) and it started automatically to download and install.
I had entered a different proxy to see the apps but with this new proxy it all happened automatically.

On Lumia 720, with Amber/GDR2 and US as region I got Pro Cam, App Folders from Samsung etc. If you are trying and dont get the install button and not available for your device message just keep trying. Eventually it will appear .
Later I tried call blocking from Samsung and attentive phone from HTC but the apps dont work. Now I'm stuck with them in settings .

Some Oem app will not work in lumia series.. NOW app from Samsung works like a charm in lumia.. Its weather tile update as it should be.. With sunny.. Cloudy or night mode with moon sign with temp.

Ok.. Here is another method to get apps from Samsung, htc or pro can.

Download sysapp pusher from store. It shows all the app from nokia, Samsung and htc. When downloaded open the app don't close it.. Go to your wifi settings and enter proxy settings.. Go back to sysapp pusher click on pro can or any other app from other oem it will show you the download page click on install... Now it will throw some error.. Again go to ur wifi settings and turn off proxy.. U are good to install ur app without any problem... This method bypass ur region changing.
