Phone Off Tile

On my 640 XL, i get the name phone off on the tile. I am using the 640 XL on cricket. I am not sure how it got there I only i looked @ was data sense on the phone and had considered turning it on and decided not to as I have the 10 gig plan. I can place and receive calls without any issues most times but every once in a while it make 2-3 secs to place a call.

On my 640 XL this is the name of the SIM I have written, see picture bellow:
All Settings / Mobile + SIM / SIM 1 settings / SIM name

for some reason i have 2 phone in the app section. I deleted the other and there is no issue, it would let me rename it no matter what i tired

I feel like the emperor's new clothes: do you have a dual sim model? If so, you should have two phone apps unless you tile linked them.

no its not a dual sim phone, not idea why but I wiped it and put it back in the box as my 1520 is working now
