Pictures / Video taken with your 1020

Hey 1020 owners,

So would you guys say, that the 1020 produces better photo than 808 - regardless of the sensor size? :excited:

Like with any camera, how "good it is" depends a lot upon the photographer.

I've seen people with a good understanding of photography take amazing photos with disposable cameras and I've seen people with little to no understanding of photography take god awful photos using $1,000+ DSLRs and gear.

This one is a crappy photo, more of an experiment. I set the phone down in pitch dark and set it on four seconds exposure. A car showed up and started driving towards me and that's the big light you see. The "ghost" at the left is my wife walking away from the crazy guy (me). It's a crappy photo but kinda cool. Also edited in Fotor.

Most of the video clips on here are from the 1020, and some from my old iPhone 5. Honestly, I kind of prefer some of the iPhone 5 videos... The 1020 videos look kinda jagged and over saturated... Is this normal?

Jagged maybe i'ts a tv/monitor adjustment problem. I don't think i'ts saturated or jagged, even with Youtube poor compress. Just some parts with poor colours and resolution, maybe Iphone parts.

I don't think it's saturated or jagged, even with poor compression youtube. But some parts, at least for me, have poor color vibrance and low resolution. Maybe Iphone parts, don't know.

What about video settings of your monitor or tv? Could be that. Because even my Lumia 820 make very nice (really nice) videos.

Ok, just got my 1020 yesterday. These are my first shots, strangely, the flash fired even though it was sunny out. Nice result, none the less:
