Problem in Lumia 925 : Wifi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, Internet Sharing

I have many problem in Lumia 925 :
Wifi - when I try to switch on, it says "Can't do this right now". Because of this,
I can't update to Lumia Denim (still Lumia Cyan), change phone language, download offline maps, download large files
Bluetooth - can't switch on (stuck to off)
Internet sharing - it says don't have internet connection
FM radio - "loading..." appear and stuck like that for long time

I tried "reset your phone" from setting, hard reset, Windows Device Recovery Tool (firmware 3051.50009.1424.0001 and it says the latest update). Result : No change at all, still have the problem.

Anyone know how to fix that?

Even though it said latest update, did you chose to reinstall?

yes I reinstall using Windows Device Recovery Tool, but still have problem, no fix at all

The only other thing I can think of is for you to install the Insider app and chose the 'Production' ring.
Then check for updates.
