Started off with a Lumia 7xx (can't remember number)
-> Lumia 1520
-> Lumia 640 LTE
-> Microsoft 950 XL
(my wife has a 950 on my recommendation)

I cant seem to get rid of working phones, so my 640 is now my work phone with the XL being my private phone. Also, the 1520 is a movie player for the kid's on ling can journeys! Handy for that...

Pantech PN-820 (WinMobile 5.3) -> Samsung Omnia II (WinMobile 6.5.3) -> Nokia Lumia 822 (WinPhone 8.1) -> Microsoft Lumia 950 (WinMobile 10.x)

I was with Verizon all along but then had to switch to ATT to use the 950.

I am a huge Windows fane, and techi.
HTC Mozart > HTC Titan > Nokia Lumia 900 > Nokia Lumia 920 > Nokia Lumia 925 > Nokia Lumia 1020 > Nokia Lumia 630 > Nokia Lumia 635 > Nokia Lumia 735 > Nokia Lumia 930 > Nokia Lumia 1520 > Microsoft Lumia 950 > Microsoft Lumia 950XL.
And I regret not buying the Nokia Lumia 800, Nokia Lumia 830 and the Microsoft Lumia 650, but eventually the money runs out and you cant gett everything.
I realy wanted my next phone to be another Lumia (I like that name), and have been sycked for the Surface Phone, but at this point any new Windows 10 Mobile device would be welcome.
I dont wnt to stop using Continuum.

Thought it'd be fun to share our Windows Phone histories with one another. Doing so is simple, just follow the format I use below:

Example: Dell Venue Pro > Nokia Lumia 510 > HTC 8XT > Nokia Lumia 822 > Alcatel One Touch Pixi 3 > Microsoft Lumia 950 XL > HP Elite X3

(my personal history is a lot shorter!) lol

What's your WP history!?

My history goes back to the beginning of Windows Pocket PC & Pocket PC Phone Edition to present. Remember the days when extended warranties gave you full refunds to buy another phone at CompUSA. My phone always broke when a new phone came out. The days when paying full price wasn't that bad as long as you had a warranty. :)

HTC Radar > Nokia Lumia 920. After the latter got skipped for major updates, I got salty. When the next Windows Phone became a phone/PC 2-in-1, I decided that Microsoft and I were going in different directions and switched to Android.

You said we could include non-windows right..?
Nokia N80 > N95 > N86 > N8 > Lumia 920 > Lumia 1020 > Lumia 950... Wonder what will be next! Got a spare 950 in hope MS will have something - anything! - in a year's time...

What's your WP history!?

My phone history is quite long, (I'm old) lets see if I can remember them all, starting form the 90s:
>nokia I think It was a 2110 or something like that, it had a great battery life and a pull out aerial!
>nokia 3210, first phone with no aerial!
>nokia 6210, smaller.
>Samsung twin screen flip phone colour screen!!
>Compaq Ipaq pocket pc, with a stylus! amazing piece of kit.
>another Compaq iPAQ with black grille on top newer version.
>SPV smartphone (the spvs and iPAQs may have been the other way round I cant remember.
>SPV500 smartphone.
>Motorola MPX200 flip phone, windows mobile, went rhough a couple of these, in black, sexy little thing.
>Motorola MPX220 flip phone, windows mobile.
>HTC touch with touch flo and window mobile 6.5 I think.
>HTC touch diamond, had a beautiful charging ring that danced round the home button and a lovely hard plastic case and jagged rear case.
>HTC touch HD, beautiful phone lovely in the hand touch flo 3D.
>HTC HD2 also very nice, had a clip on car mount and metal rear.
>fanfare- HTC HD7 with windows phone 7 operating system, had a brilliant kick stand, 5mpx camera, and windows phone 7 was beautifull, faultless and fast, wow was it fast! around 2009 I think.
>HTC 8x, don't really like it to be honest.
> Nokia lumia 900, left HTC as they stopped making windows phones and the Lumia looked good, it was good, tough, comfortable.
>Nokia Lumia 920, windows phone 8. loved it especially how it sat in the hand had everything, wireless charging, great camera.
>nokia Lumia 925, started off nice but scratched terribly, went back to a 920 because I missed it.
>Nokia Lumia 930 or icon, really liked this phone.
>Microsoft Lumia 950 with continuum what I believe is the future of computers and phones, my wife still has this phone with a wooden back, she loves it.
>And last but not least and currently- the HP elite X3 with continuum that by the way does just work really well I can do so much with just a full screen browser let alone anything else, I have the dock permanently set up with wireless keyboard and mouse via usb dongle, the xbox controller works in it too (yep it does try no gravity! uwp game) its great, camera is pretty good, not as good as the Lumia 950 but pretty good (16mpx), I have a 128Gb micor sd card in with my entire music collection and lots of movies which when I stay away I use the Microsoft HDMI receiver to plug into any TV, works a treat.
> what's next..... I must admit I've ben slightly tempted by the Samsung galaxy S8! ( I know sacrilege) it makes me sad to think it, I don't want to leave windows phone but they have DEX and android has pay apps and other things that just are not on windows phone, but I'm sticking to it for no in the hope that windows mobile doesn't die off and that Microsoft will bring out new hardware next year.

They're not Windows phones but started on Nokia N95 then N8 followed by Lumia 1020 and 950. Never owned an iPhone or Android, ever.
