T-Mobile version not holding 4G

First phone came Thursday, spent hours with T-Mobile support trying to get 4G. It came and went minutes at a time. MSFT sent a second, same issue. I have full 4G on my 521, swapped SIM, it's the phone. I have a number for Nokia to call tomorrow. But will return the phone, replace with 625. I agree with the washed out colors. Thought it would be similar spec'd as 521.

It's not a 4G phone, even though T-Mobile claims otherwise.

Agreed. It doesn't have 4G. T-Mobile just sucks.

Based on the specs, you might want to put the SIM card in slot 2 to get 4G.

2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2; 3G: HSDPA 850 / 1900

It says 4g but my phone fluxuates. I have a single sim version.

I have two of these right now. Both get and hold 4G most of the time, but I can leave them sit on the table, and they will switch to 2G and back sometimes. I had to return one myself as when I first put the sim in I got 4G, but then it changed to 2G, and never came back even after a day of traveling around, but the other one kept 4G. Must be a wonky radio in some.
