Turn WiFi back on

Hi guys,
I got question about option ''Turn WiFi back on''. I've set that option to near my favorite places and in app ''Maps'' I've set my home location but I still must torn on WiFi manually when I arrive from school(or whatever). Why!?!? Thanks guys!

settings > wifi > scroll down > manage > tick box for automatic connection..

Additionally you can add the networks manually if you'd like by tapping the "+" button

I have checked that box for my home network, but that isn't a problem. Problem is that WiFi won't start when I'm at home

Weird.. Do you have wifi sense turned on?

Try turning it off, do a soft reset and check if the issue is still there.. I had some issues with Wifi sense in the beginning

How I can do soft reset on Ativ S?

I think you can remove the battery right? Otherwise just hold down the power button for about 10 seconds

Ok if you can remove the battery then that could substitute the soft reset as well.. After a quick search I could only find a combo for a hard reset, but that should be a last resort

It could be that the location feature just isn't working too well. make sure its in a favorite place, not sure if there's a distinction, but eh.

It does work when you use the timed feature, right?

I don't know, I didn't used timed feature. My home's location is set like home place
