Hey, I used the link you posted to download the program, but mine says "You can update device software to version 1232.5952.1249.0001. User data will be erased", and my phone is already on that firmware version. I can't seem to get the same update you are getting on the Nokia Software Updater for Retail 2.0.6. could you please help me out? thanks!

Should be pointed out that although the list of apps, sms and photos can be backed up, after flashing you still have to:

- log into apps/set them up as before (its as if you are using them for the first time)
- set up alarms
- put tiles in the home screen as they were before

The above 3 features are not backed up.

ee uk 920 here and updated fine through nokia care suite :)

must say after using phoenix on Symbian phones it was pretty easy , the software does it all for you :) pretty pleased that the ee update rolled out so quickly and wasn't hampered by operators etc like Symbian days :) nice one nokia :)

Update on wife's 620 went all good. All seems to work proper, but still don't see any new feature regarding to "other storage" for example.

So you're saying that i need a Nokia Account to be able to see "thoose" updates from market ?

Nope, not that, but try to force update your extras+info, for "he got a Store update prompt for some Nokia System Apps..., and it brought Storage Checker. (I think the actual update was for extras+info)."

Yep, hence why I canceled my update..
