It's interesting you say this, as it encapsulates much of the struggle people have had.
I live in a community that is on the list of places that have one of the highest infection rates in the city. It's either 45% or 41%, depending on what name of the community you classify where I live fits in.
Yet for the last three weeks, especially this week, there's a lot more people not wearing any sort of protection. If course it's a brown neighborhood and we know the virus is more lethal amongst us. And we love near one of the hospitals that was hardest hit in the height of the pandemic (it also had a reputation of not being very good pre COVID-19).
So I'm starting to look like the odd duck with my safety glasses and mask on. Not that I give two
