Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 635 playing apps properly anymore?

My nokia lumia 635 is not playing the apps properly anymore

The apps I downloaded are not working. When attempting to use the apps I recieve a message saying enter password. It was not set up properly by the phone shop. The phone shop has told me to ask microsoft. Their site is unhelpful. I require the apps for work. Please can someone assist me. Thanks

Did you buy the phone used and already setted???
Maybe it has the old owner account still and must be hard reset for setting your account properly
