I'm getting the same with a Lumia 920 with Windows Phone 8.1 (but no Cyan firmware)

Maybe, JUST MAYBE, it's the Cyan firmware. I don't have it, and most people on DP here also don't have it.
It's just a speculation, I could be totaly wrong here.
Hard reset if you have the time and patience to.

Exactly the same for me except I have 4.7GB free and unlocked my EE Lumia 920 so I could run it on Tesco. It gets to the spinning gears for a few seconds then reboots to this error - 0x80188308.

Yes, they are available. I just don't know if they are really working. Once I go for a coffee break I'll let you know, if no one does it before.

For the BT4 LE testing... Well, I think I need something like a Nokia Treasure Tag which I don't have.

Just downloaded without problems on my Ativ S running 8.1 DP.Won't have time to play with it til after work. Good luck to those having issues.

So, now we all know that MS team don't test their software at all.. very, very disappointing even for a preview..
