WP8.1 GDR1 - update downloaded couldn't be opened

EDIT: i have a lot of free space(8GB), have tried soft reset

Do you have enough space on your device? you need at least 512MB

NL925 with cyan with dev prev running.
Current OS: 8.10.12397.895
Free space 3.7GB

ya i did...without wifi you wont be able to download any updates.

Maybe, JUST MAYBE, it's the Cyan firmware. I don't have it, and most people on DP here also don't have it.
It's just a speculation, I could be totaly wrong here.
Hard reset if you have the time and patience to.

Had this error two times! Gears were spining for a few seconds and then phone restarted showing me this

Just had it on my wifes Lumia 820 so nothing to do with cyan as it's still running "black" firmware.

Have tried three times now & it gets to the spinning gears then restarts after a very short time.

Plenty of space in the storage & using wifi.

*edit: the update worked fine on my 920.
