620 touchscreen unresponsive after recent nokia update?

same problem here, broked my phone screen a little, few months ago, from then touch doesn't work like before...also after running phone updates over wifi automatically (though i haven't got any updates notification) it reboot and the entire screen is locked (not accessible) any suggesstions today???
