Just Got my hands on this update and installed it on my Nokia Lumia 820

use Nokia Product Support tool for store 5.0

place the files in the folder:
Windows XP: C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ Nokia \ Packages \ Products \ rm-826
Windows 7: C: \ Program Data \ Nokia \ Packages \ Products \ rm-826

Steps:

Run from the desktop Nokia Care Suite and then bookmark Product Support Tool For Store

Select No connection in the Connections if it is different then File -> Open Product and select RM-826 Select Programming on the left at the bottom and then click Recovery tab opens Recovery .
Click Update lists when downloaded can not be loaded soft Press Start .
The program will check the correctness of the files on the disk and verify it.
Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable and hold the mute and Power until you feel the vibration.
The application should display the message Rebooting .

and finally finish Flashing

pPassword has been removed from the download link,
If you have downloaded it already the psw:lumia820

You have to remove this FDE186D4_RM826_3047.0000.1326.2001_RETAIL_im_india_201_01_244613_prd_signed (1).ffu before using it and also
uncheck the automatic product selection..

You have no idea how much trouble i have went through to get the other 10 files i almost learnt chinese to be able to get those

u r awesome... the other 10 files... it was really a pain to get... i was not able to signup... due to chinese security code... lol... hehehe .... Thanks dude for bringing this... and correct me if i am..wrong... We have to deleted the FDE186D4_ part and just keep RM826..... And do we have to unrar the file directly into RM-826 Folder??

Great to know.. Do we need both the file from Nokia and the one from mediafire?

@psreloaded yes you have download the file which 1.3 GB from the nokia server and the other rar file which needs to be unzip giving you the 10 files that you'll need to place in the folder RM-826 and remove the starting part from the nokia server downloaded file as i mentioned before in my first post..

hey did u try tweaking with colour profiles? might be the default settings have reduced contrast. Please check and confirm, i'm considering to flash this ROM.
Also anybody facing other issues???

I have seen some posts that flashing the phone will void its warranty..
Does this effect the upcoming future OTA updates, App updates??

@chetan_jangid826 Yes you will be able to get the updates after flashing.I dont think it will void your warranty because its an official ROM and will be the same ROM that you will get OTA.(over the Air)
@Gauravs90 No issues with the color or contrast of the display on my Lumia 820, actually its more vivid now that i have control over the temperature and saturation.

@da_vipin Go ahead with the flash vipin, no issues whatsoever with the update i am using it.

@saikiran7474 I actually got app updates after installing and i dont think there should be any issues with future OTA updates.

The phone update feature still works no issues with that

If there was an issue it would have given me an error regarding the check for updates operation.
Go ahead and flash it but again follow all the steps, there is fair chance that you may brick your phone otherwise,

Backup all your DATA before doing it.
