Lumia Amber Update for RM-826 (059R4F3) OS version 3047.0000.1326.2001 INDIA!

I have got the information from nokia support that the latest version for nokia lumia 820 is 3047.0000.132x.30xx.
I have 3047.0000.1326.2001. So i need to update my phone, but im not getting any results via OTA updates. It keep displaying the message - You phone is up to date. last checked 2 seconds ago.
Has the flashing caused the OTA updates to stop working???
Let me know if somebody else is facing this problem.

You should Update Extras+ to get SMS and Call Filter to Enable on Lumia 820 after Amber Update . Even u have to Update Display+Touch to Have a Glance Screen Update .

I am not able to download the OTHER FILES once downloaded then i tried to extract them with winrar but it says NO archive found please help..... and the product code of my lumia 820 is different so will the ROM work on my phone too or not please help me... i am tired of trying to update my device... please help me ... thanks in advance....[/WARN][/WARN]

Flashed my lumia 820 to downgrade from 8.1, with your amber files. Worked like a charm Thanks a ton.
