WP8.1 GDR1 - update downloaded couldn't be opened

I have a samsung ativ s, I would like to update, download and install successfully but why I always restart by itself when the spinning gears?

It does seem to be affecting phones that were on Developer Preview and updated to Cyan before Microsoft blocked it ie Lumia 625 and 925. Rolling back to WP8 and updating from there does seem to work.

Error 0x80188308 afflicting 920 DP without cyan , T- mobile GER unlocked using in italy , tryd change language nothing... tryed to update like 8/9 times.

Had this error two times! Gears were spining for a few seconds and then phone restarted showing me this

I also have this same problem. Checked store > settings > ... > check for updates. Have done soft reset and tried 4 times with above result each time.

Nokia Lumia 920 with Preview for Developers but no Cyan in the UK. 8GB free storage.

Last update worked with no problems.

Right now I'm charging my 920, which is currently one Build 12400 - updated before MS halted the rollout. Don't have cyan yet though as it is not available for the 920 yet. Once updated, will post if successful or not.
