Finally, here is the answer.
On the day of lumia cyan rolling out. MS released an update for preview and cyan devices which was 12400.899 that was faulty bitlocker update. And today MS again publised same version before update 1. Before, some people installed same version and now the correct version is not letting you install the update 1. So, now you should downgrade you device. This is the only solution.

Ok guys, seems like the problem is for those users who already installed the 8.10.12400.899 couple of weeks ago (the small update after official 8.1 or last developer preview for 8.1). I install it too on my Lumia930 which is already bounded with 8.1 and cyan. therefore I couldn't get the new update as in this new update 8.10.12400.899 and 8.10.14147.180 (Update 1) are bundled together, so after you download it, it cant open it. The current solution which I did and it perfectly works is to back to an older version before 8.10.12400.899.
what I did just to get Nokia Recovery tool and back to 8.10.12397.895 (8.1) which is a version below 12400 and been already on my lumia 930. after that I just install the developer preview and then install the latest one which includes OS update 8.10.12400.899 + 8.10.14147.180 (Update 1).

My 920 is still on .895 and it's getting the 80188308 error.

With Auto-update turned on, instead of downloading (or attempting to download) the update it has now generated a new error message: 80072ee2 "unable to check for new updates!"

(P.s. I've downloaded and tried installing, and failed, 3 times so far)

I'm run 895 and can't update

So this argument seems invalid

Nooooh! Did not get 8.10.12400.899 and I cannot update NL625. BitJocker is the root cause, given it halted 8.10.12400.899 update.

Microshaft should have released 8.10.12400.899 alone given that they failed the first time. They did not the issue they knew existed and now I have wasted 1.5 GB of my data.

Dr. Ishikawa gave us the fish-bone what hap[pened to QC/QA at Microshaft?:crying:

I downgraded my device. Which was earlier cyan+dp. Now after downgraded its 8.1dp+gdr1.. So I think downgrading is the only solution right now. Although I lost cyan update now. Coz in extras+info, it shows Lumia black.

Found SOLUTION but you won't gonna like it. After hours of trial and error changing language hard reset etc i solved it. For those who have Lumia 925,

Use recovery tool by Nokia
Revert back to Windows Phone 8.0
Update to OFFICIAL 8.1 WITHOUT DEV PREVIEW
if official 8.1 doesn't rolled out to your carrier i don't know if its gonna work
Use Dev Preview to Update to Windows phone 8.1 update 1.
That's it, if you have time and patient try it

This is the way to go. Works perfectly but takes some time to complete the whole process.

That's strange. I didn't lose Cyan. After downgrade to 8.0 you need to immediately update to official Cyan+8.1 and after you confirm you have Cyan only then install and enable DP app. It could be that you've installed small update which prepares 8.0 for 8.1 update and then proceeded with installing DP before downloading Cyan.
