WP8.1 GDR1 - update downloaded couldn't be opened

Another one with error 8018830f.
Lumia 925 with Cyan and WP8.1 DP. Sweden (Telia).
After several failures I'm now trying with different languages...

Update: It looks like the install worked this time I changed region from US to UK, and language from English (US) / Swedish to English (UK) / match phone language, then a reboot.
Update 2: False alarm, it was only a language update that was installed :/

Cannot install on Samsung Ativ S with 2GB free. update downloads, shows the gears, reboots and says cannot update, probably only temporary. I have soft reset the phone and tried again but it failed.

This Same happening with my Lumia 720
During the update it shows the battery sign has completely drained where my phone has already having 61% of my battery charged and reaches to the spinning gears and fails the update.

Maybe, JUST MAYBE, it's the Cyan firmware. I don't have it, and most people on DP here also don't have it.
It's just a speculation, I could be totaly wrong here.
Hard reset if you have the time and patience to.

Probably. I'm on a Lumia 920 DP so not the official 8.1 update and no Cyan. Able to download this patch but not install.

Same here... T-Mobile Lumia 521... "The update was downloaded but couldn't be opened"... I got a different error number though: 8018822e
I'm now trying again.

Yeh this could be the reason but it is showing the error after the downloading update

People, please test this procedure before you hard reset or use the Nokia recovery tool. I had the 8018830f error like 10 times, it always downloaded but install failed. After changing language and region to UK it went further. I'm now at the spinning cogs screen installing the update.

Don't think you can install an update to sd card, in any way.

I have 6.85 GB available and I'm cleaning additional GB with STORAGE CLEANER app then I will try again!
